Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Complimentary Express Shipping: FREE on all orders over 100,00€.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your piece directly on our website through our "Track Your Order" page. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Nordeen Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages Nordeen Studios is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@nordeenstudios.com immediately with photos of the shipment. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
