1. The Nordeen Solution (Fast & Easy)

If you are not satisfied with your piece (fit, style, or change of mind), we offer an instant alternative to avoid the environmental cost and hassle of international shipping:

  • Instant 60% Refund: You receive 60% of the item's price back immediately to your original payment method.

  • Keep the Piece: You do not need to ship the item back. You can keep it, gift it, or donate it. No post office visits, no shipping fees, no waiting.

  • How to apply: Simply contact us at hello@nordeenstudios.com or via our chat within 30 days of delivery.

2. Standard Returns

In accordance with European Union law and our extended satisfaction guarantee, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Process: To exercise this right, you must contact us at hello@nordeenstudios.com for specific return instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be sent to our international processing center. We strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a 100% refund of the item's price (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days.

3. Damages, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@nordeenstudios.com with a photo of the issue.

In these cases, we will provide a 100% Full Refund or a Free Replacement at no cost to you. This is our quality guarantee.

4. Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved (either the 60% instant option or the 100% standard return), it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
